  • RASPBERRY - RUBUS IDAEUS

    Leaves: Birth and pregnancy. Stengthens the muscles of the uterus. Used for diarrhoea, discharge, and heavy menstrual flow. Externally as an eye cleanser. Berries: Female hormonal disturbances, morning sickness, sweats, and cramps.
  • RED CLOVER - TRIFOLIUM PRATENSE
